deadendproject a.k.a. dep was founded in Helsinki in 2007. The fundamentals of dep was to create music we love combining metal, rock and various elements of punk with energetic and dynamic attitude.
During its first year dep recorded eight tracks, all of them filled with energy of punk, danger of rock and cruelty of metal. Two of these tracks can be found in the demo Blind Kings, released in late 2007.
dep focuses on the energy and the impressive presentation of show early in the process of music making.
2008 - 2010 Throwing some kick ass gigs!
deadendproject released their second mini album - Too late for "Coming soon" in April 30, 2010. The EP contains three massive songs; Changes, What do we know? and Rise and fall.
